Fab. A hot date with my Wife!
More hecticity. Soon off to Shepherd’s Bush Empire to cheer loudly for Steven Wilson.
24.56 London and back. A stunning performance. A little difficult getting in as our tickets had been left under a pseudonym, but no one told me. Robert Fripp? No tix for you, dude! Eventually, personally escorted into the balcony by Artist Advocate Andy and two seats, back row in the middle. Exceptional sound and musicianship. Pals Theo Travis and Nick Beggs were in Steven’s band, able to stretch in the opportunities Steven provided. It is rare to see / hear rock music that is quintessentially English; even rarer that it is played at this standard.
